Orange : Miocene molasses soil (from 1 to 1.5m deep) resting on a thick layer of clay heavily laden with pebbles, and covered by the mantle of alpine diluvium, commonly known as ''galets roulés''.
Sérignan : the appellation area is made up of rolled limestone pebbles on a sandy-clay soil
Age of the vines : 10 years on average

Maturation :
Vinification : pressing in pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with refrigerated belt. Bottling without filtration, within 3 to 6 months
